Anil brings more than 30 years of experience in human services and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of McKinley since 2014. Under his leadership, McKinley has experienced steady growth and modernization, more than doubling annual revenue while thoughtfully expanding programs across multiple counties. During this time, McKinley has opened a new nonpublic school, expanded outpatient and adult mental health services, and strengthened its continuum of care across education, housing, and behavioral health.

Mario Gallegos leads McKinley’s strategic vision for quality excellence, overseeing data analytics, process improvement, and performance systems. With over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and foster care, he utilizes AI-enhanced analytics and trauma-informed frameworks to elevate program outcomes and compliance. As Chair of the CORE Committee, Mario is also a passionate advocate for equity-centered systems and inclusive support for the families McKinley serves.

Chris Murray has been a cornerstone of McKinley’s leadership for over a decade, overseeing Human Resources, Training, IT, and facilities infrastructure. With over 30 years of experience in social service agencies, he specializes in scaling operations and fostering a people-centered culture that prioritizes employee well-being and engagement. Chris is dedicated to building resilient organizational foundations that enable staff to thrive and serve the community effectively.

Dustin Vander Haar brings 20 years of social service expertise to his oversight of McKinley’s diverse mental health and residential treatment programs. He holds an MBA and Master’s degrees in Divinity and Marriage and Family Therapy, allowing him to pair systems-level business strategy with a deep commitment to ethical, whole-person care. Dustin focuses on building durable, high-quality systems that honor client dignity while supporting healthy, mission-driven teams.

George King

George L. King serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, overseeing financial strategy, enterprise systems, and operational performance. With over 30 years of experience across healthcare, nonprofit, and public sectors, he specializes in modernizing fiscal infrastructure and improving efficiency through automation. A U.S. Army veteran and California State Guard volunteer, George brings a mission-first mindset and steady discipline to McKinley’s long-term financial resilience.

John Mann

John Mann provides executive leadership for McKinley’s nonpublic school programs, managing educational strategy, accreditation, and curriculum development. With 26 years of experience in special education, he has successfully launched and stabilized school programs serving students with significant behavioral and educational needs. John is committed to fostering compassionate learning environments that change students’ life trajectories while supporting staff in meaningful careers.

Suzann McIntire

Vice President of Mental Health
Suzann McIntire, LMFT, is Vice President of Mental Health at McKinley Children’s Center, where she leads programs supporting children and families in STRTP, foster care, and community-based services. With over 15 years in mental health, Suzann combines clinical expertise with a passion for creating systems that truly work for youth and their caregivers. She thrives on building strong teams, developing innovative care models, and ensuring services meet both high-quality and regulatory standards. Beyond her professional work, Suzann is a devoted mother and mentors her team, often encouraging staff between bites of her favorite snack, bell peppers. She earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Elon University, which has helped her communicate clearly and effectively across every aspect of her work.
