Workforce Development
McK’s Café gives youth hands-on experience in the world of work. Participants learn barista skills, customer service, and the basics of running a business, including stocking and ordering. Through this program, they gain confidence, workplace skills, and real-world experience to help them succeed in future careers.

Equine Therapy
