Full Service Partnership Adult (Service Area 1) 

The McKinley Adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) is an intensive, recovery-oriented mental health program for adults ages 18–59+ living with severe mental illness. Grounded in a “whatever it takes” philosophy, the program delivers individualized, client-driven services that support mental health and substance use recovery, housing stability, and social and community integration.

Our goal is to empower individuals to achieve stability, independence, and overall wellness.

Flexible, community-based care—meeting clients where they are (home, community, or other settings)

Client-driven, strength-based approach that promotes recovery and empowerment
