Review & Screening
Our dedicated HR team and hiring managers carefully review applications to identify candidates whose skills and passion align with the position and our mission.
Assessments & Interviews
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a brief skills assessment to demonstrate your abilities, followed by an interview with our hiring panel to explore your potential fit within McKinley’s team.
Offer & Acceptance
Candidates selected for hire will receive a job offer, typically within two weeks of the final interview. From there, we’ll walk you through the next steps and ensure you feel confident in joining our team.
Onboarding
New employees complete a two-week onboarding program designed to set you up for success. You’ll learn about McKinley’s mission, values, and resources—making sure you feel welcomed, prepared, and part of our community from day one.
